Sola Omilabu Chief Financial Officer · Director
Sola Omilabu is a seasoned energy executive with over two decades of leadership across
business development, joint venture coordination, and gas commercialisation in the United
States, Middle East, and Africa. As CFO of A&M Gas Limited, he provides strategic financial
oversight and stewardship, bringing to the company a rare combination of commercial acumen
and deep technical grounding in the energy sector. He concurrently serves on the board of Aspro
Petra Energy, an EPIC and gas development company, further strengthening A&M Gas
Limited’s capacity in engineering, financing, and industry collaboration.
A prolific speaker with broad experience across the energy and telecoms sectors, Sola brings
deep expertise in deal structuring, joint ventures, and global operations management. He holds an
MBA in Finance and Management from Rollins College and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Ibadan. He is a Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE).
